Research Consultant, EVIHDAF, Cameroon
Junior Agbor Ayuk works as a research consultant at the EVIHDAF headquarters in Yaounde, Cameroon. He is part of the team in charge of providing services in the areas of qualitative research, data analysis, communication, and exploring social and behavioural changes related to public health concerns in the Central and West Africa subregions. He is Cameroonian and proficient in English. As a result, he also supports the usage of English within the office.
Prior to joining EVIHDAF, he worked as a contractual and freelance social researcher for a variety of research institutions, including the University of Buea’s Department of Public Health and Ferdsilinks Research Consulting. In this portfolio, he collected qualitative data, performed advanced qualitative analysis, created research tools, and wrote papers.
Junior is a PhD candidate in the department of sociology and anthropology at the University of Buea in Cameroon, with a specialty on the sociology of health. His academic background has been supplemented by an extensive list of completed online courses in research methodology, qualitative analysis, and data administration. He is skilled with a variety of AI tools, including NVivo, QUIRKOS, MAXQDA and SPSS.
